Cheryl Robinson
Cheryl has a BFA from Arizona State University and is a commissioned chalkboard artist with a passion for penmanship. She started making art like most artists do, with what was readily available, pencils and paper, then moved on to paint, clay and later metal and beeswax. Currently she’s putting to some good use her extensive collection of fashion magazines to create urban landscapes. Using the glossy photos that the photographers have meticulously constructed to include rich color and texture she cuts and layers pieces with beeswax to compose urban scenes with a hint of nostalgia.
